If anyone in the area near the Radnor trail (South Devon Ave and Conestoga Road) has lost a yellow lab / golden retriever, someone in my neighborhood has found it.
There is a sign posted at the corner of South Devon Avenue and Gallagher Road with a pho
to of the dog and a contact phone number of the person who found it.
I don't know the person who has the dog, nor do I know any other information about it, but I haven't seen any posts on here about it, so hopefully this helps bring someone at least somewhat closer to finding their dog.

I've been looking for my Moya for weeks now, she got out of the house and hasn't found her way back home. I've been searching the neighborhood to no avail. So now I'm thinking, hoping someone has found her and is looking for her proper home. The area is 2
2nd and Mifflin. She could have wandered as far as Oregon or Washington or down to Broad or up to 30th if she was trying to find her way home. She's two but small, still looks like a kitten. She has distinctive striping, circular patterns on her sides and "Egyptian" like eye markings. She's a brownish color with the stripes being black, she almost looks like a Bengal. She scares easily and may hiss or growl but she doesn't attack people. If anyone has her or has seen her around please contact me ASAP.
Also while I appreciate the info please don't message me unless you have info on where she is. I don't want my inbox flooded getting my hopes up on too see it's info on resources that I have already exhausted.

She survived living with over 30 other cats in a single house, and then a house fire on top of that.
Despite it all, Maude is sweet, gentle, and easy to live with.
All she asks for is a sunny window, and a comfy place to lay her head.

Maude is a curvy older tortie girl, probably between 12 and 15yrs old, or thereabouts. She came to the shelter after being rescued from a major housefire. Some of Maude's friends didn't make it out of the fire, and others were euthanized because their burns and injuries were too severe. Maude is a survivor!
Maude sat at the shelter for days, overlooked by the rescues who came to help, largely because she had bad teeth and she was stressed and sad at the shelter. Luckily, some volunteers who felt bad for these senior "fire cats" raised some money to get the cats some veterinary attention. A foster mom took Maude home and whisked her right off to the vet. Maude's mouth was in bad shape! She couldn't eat because her teeth were so rotted, and her mouth was full of sores from the teeth rot. Poor Maude! She had surgery to remove all but one big tooth, and now she feels MUCH better. Maude eats just fine, she just prefers wet food!
In her foster home, Maude is an easygoing cat who asks for little, and gives a lot.
She enjoys sleeping in windowsills and laundry baskets, enjoys gentle head scratches, and meal time is one of her favorite times of day. She snuggles next to her foster mom and does happy feet when she gets attention.
Maude lives with two other senior male cats. She tells them to get out of her face politely, but doesn't mind living with them and could easily live with other laidback cats.
But what Maude will give you is more than you could ever give her.
She will give you a sense of pride, that you were able to give this senior cat a retirement home to be proud of, a place where she didn't have to compete for food, and a place where she got individualized attention.
She will put a smile on your face when you find her happily snuggled into your dirty laundry, as if you set up that pile of clothes just for her (didn't you?)
She will be waiting in the window for you when you get home from work--she is always happy you're home.
She will make you proud, with her deep rumbling purr and her happy feet, that you saw past her age, her toothless mouth, and her curvy exterior, to see she's an amazing cat. Unadoptable? Nope. You found space in your heart for her.
She will be the Maude to your Harold, and if you haven't seen the movie, Maude will watch it with you, preferably on the couch, with a warm blanket, and maybe while you sneak her pieces of tuna.
So come visit Maude, the senior girl who has survived so much, and has so much to give. You'll find that you'll fall in love!
